Account Registration and Eligibility

Financial Transactions and Payment Policy
4 Deposit Terms
The following approved payment methods must be used to deposit funds at e999:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
- The account used to deposit must belong to the registered user — deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- e999 reserves the right to cancel a transaction if a suspicious or unauthorized payment method is identified.
- A deposit will only be considered valid once it has been successfully received by e999.
5 Withdrawal Terms
All withdrawal requests are processed after verification. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if account verification has not been completed.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirements related to that bonus have been met.
- e999 reserves the right to impose or review withdrawal limits under special circumstances.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
6 Welcome Bonus Terms
A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at e999, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
Example 2: ৳12,000 deposited → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳17,000.
- Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳25,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- If misuse or manipulation of bonus benefits is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirements have been met.
7 VIP Program Terms
The e999 VIP program has five tiers. Tiers change based on a user's activity and consistency:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
VIP benefits apply to eligible accounts only. e999 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
8 Permitted Use
The e999 platform may be used for personal entertainment purposes only. Users are required to play honestly and fairly at all times.
- Fraudulent strategies, bots, automated software, or hacking attempts are strictly prohibited.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform for gain is prohibited.
- Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses or other benefits is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to defraud the platform by colluding or coordinating bets with other users is prohibited.
9 Anti-Money Laundering
e999 is firmly committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. To that end:
- e999 reserves the right to monitor suspicious transactions and, where necessary, notify the relevant authorities.
- If an unusual pattern of deposits or withdrawals is identified, additional information may be requested for verification.
- Accounts linked to money laundering activity will be closed immediately and all funds may be frozen.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
e999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing a false identity or documents.
- Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- Exploiting a technical error.
- A court order or legal obligation.
In the event of account closure, legitimate funds will be returned; however, bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses will be considered void.
Intellectual Property, Liability, and Legal Matters
11 Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the e999 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of e999 or its licensors.

12 Limitation of Liability
e999 strives to provide uninterrupted, error-free service. However, e999 will not be liable for:
- Losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party software errors.
- Losses caused by misuse or theft of a user's account credentials.
- Financial losses arising from lost bets or gaming decisions.
